As a new client of our veterinary hospital in Bozeman, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you and your pet will be checked in and then directed to an exam room to meet with the veterinarian. In most cases, one of our veterinary assistants will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the veterinarian. Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions, and discuss possible diagnosis and treatment plans. In some cases, the veterinarian may suggest diagnostic testing if necessary.
Most testing can be done in-house. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we are providing. This is a great time to address any questions or concerns you may have. Our staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up.

Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when the unexpected will create delays. We will work to minimize these as much as possible. We are excited to meet you and your furry family members!
